Return Window

• You may return most items purchased from Wardrobe Revival within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Returns should be postmarked within this timeframe.

Eligibility for Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received (i.e., unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached).

• We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear and tear beyond what would be expected for a second-hand garment.

• Returns of items that are damaged or defective must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items marked as "final sale" or discounted.

• Intimate clothing (e.g., swimwear, lingerie, bras) due to hygiene reasons.

• Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

3. 3. Packaging:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging or similar packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

4. 4. Shipping:

Ship the item back to the address on the website. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

• Refunds typically take 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges for secondhand items.

Exceptions

• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

• We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or store credit in certain circumstances.
